1 c plus 2 T flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
6 T sugar
6 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp rum flavoring
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c nuts, chopped.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Combine butter, sugars, and flavorings and blend well. Beat in the egg. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes. Yields about 50 cookies.
