1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
4 tablespoons catsup
1/2 cup milk

You can add tomato sauce if too dry. Do not add whole can.

Mix all ingredients together and place in loaf pan.
 

Meatloaf Sauce

4 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 5 miuntes. Pour over meatloaf and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
