30 saltins crackers
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of brown sugar packed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped pecans


Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375. Line a jellyroll pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Line crackers in a single layer in pan.Add butter and brown sugar to a heavy bottom sauce pan
and melt over med. high heat bring to a boil and cook just until it turns caramal color about
two te three min. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Pour mixture evenly over crackers
bake in preheated oven 5 min. or until mixture is bubble sprinkle chocolate chips evenlly over top.
Let set couple min. then using an offset spatula and spread chocolate to cover. Sprinkle top with
pecans let cool then refigerate until cold about 4 to 6 hours. Peel away the foil and cut or break
into pieces.
