1 lb hamburger (sausage is also good)
1 med onion diced
1 box (2 lbs Velveeta)
1 jar salsa or can of Rotel tomatoes
add diced jalapenos or can diced green chiles for more flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble the hamburger or sausage with the diced onion. Drain. Cube the Velveeta cheese. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Set on high and stir often. Once cooked, keep warn on low.
