3” x 1” x ½” piece of smoked salmon
1-8oz. package Cream Cheese
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP onion, grated
1 tsp horseradish
¼ tsp salt
½ cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble salmon and mix together with other ingredients; roll into a log and cover with chopped nuts. Serve with crackers or Melba toast.

This is a great recipe to use up that last piece of smoked salmon, if you have any left, that is!!
