1 pkg. refrigerated cheese filled tortellini (cooked as directed)
1 c. frozen peas
5 c. torn romaine lettuce
1 c. julienne (matchstick) carrots
1 red pepper, chopped
2 c. chopped chicken

Dressing:
1 pkg. buttermilk, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mayo
½ c. basil pesto

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, start with lettuce and then tortellini, chicken, and layer up with the vegetables (be sure the chicken and the tortellini are not hot). You can also add any other veggies that you desire. Add dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
