1 lb. extra lean hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
¼ c. uncooked rice
1 c. bread crumbs
⅓ c. milk
⅛ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except soup. Roll into 10-12 meatballs. Brown in a pan. Cover meatballs with soup and 1 can water. Simmer for 1 hour, turning meatballs over once after 15-20 minutes and pour 1 can of green beans on top.
