1 c. brown sugar
¼ lb. butter
¼ c. karo syrup
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. soda
24 c. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, butter, kart syrup, and salt in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes; stirring at 2 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda and stir until foamy (about 1 minute).
Put popped corn in a large brown paper bag sprayed with cooking spray. Pour half of caramel into bag and stir, then add other half and stir. Fold bag at top and microwave 1½ minutes on high. Take out and shake well. Then microwave again for 1½ minutes more. Take out and shake. Ready to eat!

*Add chocolate chips and coconut if desired. Microwave 1 minute more.
