2 c. flour
½ T. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
¾ c. lard

In large bowl sift together the above ingredients. With pastry blender cut in lard until the mixture is course crumbs.

1 small egg, beaten
½ T. vinegar
¼ c. cold water

Mix the egg, vinegar, and water together. Slowly add to crumb mixture.
Mix until moist enough to form a ball.

Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes
Roll out on a floured board.
