CAKE:
1 ⅓ c. sugar
½ c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
2 c. flour
½ c. sour or buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
½ c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:
2 c. powdered sugar
½ banana
1½ Tbs. Margarine
Lemon Juice for desired consistency (approx. 2 cap fulls)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla. Sift together baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Add to mixture alternately with milk. Add bananas and nuts. Bake in Bundt @ 375º for 35 mins.
Combine glaze mixture and frost cake while still hot. Return cake to oven for 5 mins.
