1-6 oz. can Chicken of the Sea Shrimp
1-6 oz. can Crabmeat
1-6 oz. can minced clams
1-6.5 oz. pkg. Zataran's Jambalaya Rice Mix
2 Tbs. creole seasoning
4 c. grated Pepper Jack cheese
2 c. sour cream
3 c. milk
1-15 oz. can corn
1 Tbs. lime juice
1-5 oz. can green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to instructions. Then add remaining ingredients, except corn, lime juice and chiles.
When melted, stir in corn, lime juice and chiles.
