2 lbs venison
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 c. celery (chopped)
1 1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1 1/2 c. carrots (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 16oz. can diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 cans tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1 bottle chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. sage
3 Bay Leaves
1/2 tsp. ground all spice
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Cook venison until brown (low heat) and drain. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Remove bay leaves. Sever over spaghetti pasta or any desired pasta.
