Ingredients:
1 really inexpensive, 22 slice bag of square white bread
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 C. white sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 C. melted butter
1 C. white sugar and 1 T. cinnamon mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off bread crusts. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and lemon juice. Spread on each slice of bread, getting to the edges.

Roll-up and press firmly on the seam so it sticks together.

Dip each roll into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. (Melt more butter if necessary.)

Place rolls on cookie sheet and freeze. You can bag or place in containers after they are frozen.

Bake frozen at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes.

Suggestion: Make more! These are often fought over at family gatherings.

You'd think there was a dough involved...but nope! Awesome with a cup of coffee in the morning!
