1/2 cup sour cream
3 oz. blue cheese
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Break up blue cheese and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve with salad.
