Bottom Layer:
1¼ cup graham wafer crumbs
½ cup melted butter or margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar
⅓ cups all-purpose flour
Second Layer:
2 cups medium grind coconut
1 tin Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
Icing:
2 cups icing sugar
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. juice from maraschino cherries

Directions:

Bottom Layer: Combine all four ingredients and press lightly into a 9" x 9" pan with greased sides. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Second Layer: In clean bowl, combine coconut and condensed milk. Spread over bottom layer. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.
Icing: Beat all ingredients together adding a bit more juice if needed to make icing soft enough to spread. Cut into squares. Nicer to eat on the second or third day. Cover air tight.
