1 large onion
1 - 2 tbsp. oil
2 cups cooked winter squash
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup canned milk
salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and saute in oil. Add squash and chicken stock and milk. Add all to the blender and puree then return to pot and season with salt, pepper and celery seed. Heat to boiling but do not boil.
This can be made thinner with more milk. Adding a dollop of sour cream in each bowl when serving is optional.
