2 cups butter
4 cups sugar
4 eggs
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 1 lemon (1/4 cup)
5 t. lemon extract
1 t. salt
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
2 T. vanilla
7 1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, eggs, and sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Scoop into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
