4 chicken breasts
8 oz. pkg. corn tortillas
7 oz. can whole green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated monterey jack cheese (I Just use 16oz, of cheddar)
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Broil the chicken until done. Cool, cut up.
Cut Tortillas and chilies into strips.
Mix soups, canned milk and onion until blended.
Layer in a deep casserole dish in the following order; Soup mixture, tortillas, chicken, chilies and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. for the last 10 minutes, cover with sour cream.
