3 eggs, slightly beaten
⅓ cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ cups milk scalded
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into shallow baking dish or 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in 9x13 baking pan, pour very hot water into pan to within ½ inch of top of baking dish or cups. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from water. Serve warm or refrigerate.
