Bottom Layer:
½ cup melted butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
¼ cup sugar
1 beaten egg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
Second Layer:
¼ cup butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint flavour
2 cups icing sugar
1 drop green food colouring
Third Layer:
⅔ cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom Layer: Mix all ingredients together and press into a greased 9" x 9" pan (or a bit bigger).
Second Layer: Mix ingredients together and pour over first layer.
Third Layer: Melt chips and butter in saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler. Spread over second layer. Place in fridge fro 1 - 2 hours. Remove from fridge and cut into squares.

This recipe is like Nanaimo bars but it is a great change especially at Christmas time.
