½ cup raisins, scalded
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ cup butter
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Mix well and pour into uncooked tart shells. Bake at 450º for 10 - 12 minutes. The filling tends to bubble over so watch carefully!
