2 cups lukewarm potato water
1 cup lukewarm mashed potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, well beaten
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except flour. Cool and add flour. Put in large plastic bowl, grease the lid but do not cover tightly. When it raises, beat it down. Repeat that when needed.

For rolls, shape and let rise and bake in a greased pan at 350º for 25 minutes.

Use dough as needed, can be used for rolls, kolaches, etc. Can be kept in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
