Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts
dash of pepper, salt, poultry seasoning to taste
homemade or Stove Top dressing
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Make about 1 cup stuffing.
Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Season with pepper, salt and poultry seasoning both sides. Put stuffing in middle and fold or roll. Put in greased baking dish. (You can use a toothpick if necessary to keep breast from unfolding).
Put chopped onion in the dish to bake them (with a cup or so of ready to use chicken broth). Cover and bake at 350º. Bake until cooked - check in about 45-1 hour and for the last 20 minutes of the baking time, loosen breasts from the pan if they have stuck at all and pour over a couple of tins of chicken or turkey gravy. Sometimes, we add a can of chicken gravy with mushroom gravy to make gravy a bit darker to let flavours come together. When cooked, if breasts are too big, you can cut in half.
