½ cup onion, chopped
2 cans Campbell tomato soup
2 tbsp. margarine
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. each dry mustard and vinegar
¼ tsp. ground cloves
(2-4 drops hot sauce - optional)

Directions:
Cut meat in pieces and put in smallish roasting pan. Pour all other (already mixed) ingredients over meat. Cover with foil and roast for at least 1 hour or until tender in a 350º oven.
