1 Graham cracker crust
1 can pineapple, crushed in own juice
1 pkg Knox gelatin
1 pint heavy cream
3 eggs
3 Tblsp sugar
½ cup sugar
½ cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add 3 Tblsp sugar, and continue to beat.
Soak one pkg of gelatin in ½ cup cold water. In a saucepan cook the three egg yolks and ½ cup
pineapple juice and add ½ cup sugar. Cook until thick. Add gelatin and stir.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into graham crust and chill for two hours. Whip heavy cream
and put on top of the pie. Sprinkle some crushed pineapple on top.
