Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 or 6 veal cutlets (depending on size)
2 cups bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
grated cheese (I prefer mozzarella)
meatless spaghetti sauce ( I use my homemade one but you can use canned or jarred)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound cutlets lightly until thinned out. Add 1 cup milk to beaten eggs. Dredge pounded cutlets through egg and milk mixture. Flip around in bread crumbs until coated. Dredge through egg and milk mixture again and once more in the bread crumbs, creating two layers of crumbs. Fry in a little bit of oil in pan until bread crumbs are browned. Cover each cutlet with spaghetti sauce and grated cheese. Broil cutlets until cheese is light brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
