1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion diced
1/4 c. pepperoncinis diced
1/2 c. bell pepper diced
1 egg lightly beaten
8 oz. can diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 c. oats

Topping:
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in a bowl and place in 8.5" bread pan. Shape into a loaf.
Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on loaf.
Bake 1 hour.
