8 oz. Acini de Pepe Pasta
1 c. Pineapple juice (drained from pineapple tidbits)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg beaten
22 oz. mandarin oranges (drained)
20 oz. pineapple (drain and keep the juice)
8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
3/4 c. shredded coconut
8 oz. cool whip (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta, rinse with cold water, let cool.
2. In saucepan on medium-high heat stir pineapple juice, sugar, flour, salt, and egg. Stir constantly until thick and smooth.
3. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Let cool.
4. In a large bowl, combine pasta and thickened mixture.
5. Fold in mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, pineapple tidbits, marshmallows, and coconut.
6. Fold in Cool Whip.
7. Refrigerate until service.
