1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic
1 small bunch of cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 onion (optional)
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Add the following to a food processor:
Jalapeno pepper (cut out the stem and inside, keeping half of the seeds.), Lightly cut clove of garlic, Washed and de-stemmed cilantro, Salt, Lightly cut onion. Pulse until very small. Add the diced tomatoes (keeping the juice). Whir until consistency is slightly thick.

Adjust any ingredients to taste except the tomatoes.
Add lime juice if it is too spicy.
