5-6 chicken breasts cubed
Oil for frying about ½ cup

Flour Mixture:
¼ cup Flour
¼ cup Cornstarch
Salt, Pepper

Sauce:
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
4 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Red chili’s to your taste
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp. Sesame oil
Zest and juice from one orange

1) Mix all sauce ingredients and heat, then set aside. This can be prepared a head of time.
2) Mix flour mixture in a zip lock bag
3) Heat oil in large frying pan
4) Dredge cubed chicken in flour mixture and cook until brown and cooked through. This may need to be done in several batches.
5) Place chicken in paper towel and drain any excess oil
6) Place the chicken and add half of the sauce into the pan and toss to coat. The remaining sauce can be served separately or it can all be added together.
7) Serve over steamed rice garnished with orange zest and cilantro
