3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1 egg
Approx 2 cups milk

Topping:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt together.
Break egg into a 2-cup measuring cup & beat slightly.
Add milk to the egg, filling to the 2 cup line.
Add to dry ingredients & mix thoroughly.
Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan.
Mix the brown sugar & cinnamon together & sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
When finished baking, melt the stick of butter & drizzle over the top.


Leftovers freeze well. To freshen up leftovers, microwave on high for 30 seconds.
