18 large fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. oil
¼ lb. ground beef
2 slices ham, chopped
⅓ cup sherry or white wine
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 tspn. each salt and garlic
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove mushroom stems, chop finely. Place caps on cookie sheet. Heat oi, cook onions and beef, add stems, ham and sherry (or water or white wine). Add parmesan cheese and seasonings. Stuff caps and broil 2 - 5 minutes. Enjoy!

If you love mushrooms these are delicious. My Dad used to make these when company came over and they were always gone quickly.
