Two, 8 oz. packages of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cheddar or old cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. steak sauce
¾ cups walnuts, finely chopped
¼ cup parsley

Directions:

Beat all ingredients EXCEPT walnuts and parsley until fluffy.
Chill slightly (10 min).
Shape into ball (makes two) coat with walnuts and parsley.
Serve with your favourite crackers. Keeps well in fridge for a few days.
