1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 onion, chopped (or 2 tbsp dry onion)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1/2 cup (4 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (4 oz) parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumble
1/2 cup Craisins
1/2 cup almonds, chopped (or sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first six ingredients to make the salad dressing.
Blend well.
Prepare the next six ingredients and the toss together just before serving.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.
