2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cup flour
1tsp. Salt

Directions:
With a mixer, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. (Don't over mix). Spread into a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts if you like
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (Don't bake too long)
