Left over Turkey

Corn Tortillas

Green Sauce:
3-5 cans Herdez sauce
1 Lemon (start with juice of half a lemon, more juice makes it spicier)
1/2 Bunch Cilantro washed and chopped
1 Bunch green onion diced

Directions:
Directions:
Turkey Tacos:
Shred left over Turkey. Warm in sauce pan with fresh lemon or lime juice and a little diced cilantro.

Fry corn tortillas in oil. Put on a plate covered in paper towels to soak up excess oil.

Serve with turkey, and green sauce. (lettuce, cheese, tomato, avocado etc.)



Green Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
Great with chips, tacos, and eggs.
