1 1/2 cups Sugar
6 Eggs
3 1/2 cups Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 sticks Butter, melted
2 tsp. Vanilla / Lemon Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & eggs until combined; set aside.
In a large bowl add flour & baking powder. To this slowly add the egg mixture.
Batter will be thick, add butter & vanilla or any other flavoring you choose. Stir until combined.
Place 1 Tbsp. Mixture onto hot iron. Let sit for a few seconds depending on the color you want.
Remove onto rack or plate to cool; do not stack on top of each other; this will not cool evenly.
My suggestion is putting git on a cooling rack; it will be a nice crunch to them.
Make sure you package them up quickly because they will turn soft if you leave the there to long.
