10 oz frozen peas - sweetlets are nice
1 can shrimp
1½ cups finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup rice (measured and then cooked)

Dressing:
½ cup light oil
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients and let stand in fridge covered.
Mix the next six (dressing) ingredients and add to rice mixture a ½ to ¾ of an hour before serving.
