30 chocolate or peanut butter filled Oreos, divided
3 T margarine melted
12 oz cream cheese softened
¾ c peanut butter
2¼ c powdered sugar, divided
24 oz Cool Whip, thawed, divided
23 miniature Reese peanut butter cups, chopped or 35 mini unwrapped cups
1¼ c cold milk
5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix

Crush 24 cookies, toss with margarine. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and 1½ c powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Beat milk, pudding mix and remaining powdered sugar on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in remaining Cool Whip. Spread over peanut butter cups. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over top. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. You can also make this in individual clear cups.
