Dana Small's Creamy Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil juice and zest of two lemons 1 heaping spoonful of Dijon mustard ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (fresh tastes better) few cloves chopped garlic salt and pepper Mix together until well mixed. The longer you mix it, the creamier it becomes. It's also good lightly shaken. Be sure to put fresh basil in your Caesar salad. It really adds a nice flavour. |
