Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One pound of bacon (Polashek's bacon works best)
Brown sugar to sprinkle (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Place the bacon strips on the sheet. A pound of bacon is 12-16 strips. If you wish, sprinkle with brown sugar. Place baking sheet in cold oven and turn on to 400º. Starting with a cold oven will prevent spattering. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how done you like your bacon. You can transfer it to a crock pot on low if you are cooking for a crowd.
