2 cans sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

¾ cup brown sugar
3½ T butter
3½ T flour
¾ cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mash the potatoes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and place in a lightly buttered baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the sweet potatoes mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
