1 8 oz pkg fresh mushrooms
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
½ cup imitation crab, finely chopped
⅓ pkg cream cheese, softened
¼ cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 T butter
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup parmeson cheese
1 T parley
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Prepare 8 inch pan by covering bottom with melted butter and wine. Clean mushrooms, removing stems. Dice stems. Saute onions and stems in butter. Once browned, add crab, cream cheese, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir together well. After melted together, stuff mixture into mushroom caps and place in the 8 in pan. Cover mushrooms with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350º until cheese is bubbly and mushrooms are tender.
