1 angel food cake cut into bite-sized pieces
1 - 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Milk required according to pudding box directions, usually 2 cups
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 cans of cherry pie filling

Directions:
Put angel food cake pieces in a 9x13" pan. Make pudding mix according to the package directions. In a separate bowl, pour the contents of the whipping cream carton and carefully beat until stiff. Watch carefully - Do not overbeat or it will turn to butter in a split second. Add whipped cream and sugar to pudding mix; stir. Spread over angel food pieces. Chill, then top with pie filling.
