125g butter
3½ cups icing sugar
3 tbsp cream
2 tsp vanilla essence
1½ tbsp grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a pan over moderate heat until it browns lightly. Then, pour the butter into a bowl and add the icing sugar, beating well. Add the cream, vanilla and orange rind.

Set the frosting aside to cool before spreading it thickly over the top and sides of a cake, decorating with swirls and grated orange rind.
