Crust:
1 c oatmeal
1 c flour
¾ c brown sugar
1 tsp soda
¾ c melted butter
Carmel Layer:
35 caramels
3 T butter
3 T milk
Toppers:
½ c chopped pecans
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, soda and butter. Pat 3/4 of mixture into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and milk in microwave. Pour over backed crust, sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Crumble remaining oatmeal crust mixture over top. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into squares.
