4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
1 and 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture, a third at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 16 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

*These muffins freeze well.
