15 dry saltine crackers
1 c grated Colby cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
1/3 c butter
3/4 c half and half
1/3 c bacon bits
1 c mushrooms
1/2 t dried onion
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Crumble crackers. Place on bottom of greased pan (8x8 or 6x9). Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crackers. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes.
