2 cups cherry jam (or any real fruit jam flavor)
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ cups butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat until crumbly. Spray jelly roll pan with nonstick spray. Using approximately ⅔ of dough, press into bottom of pan and slightly up sides. Spread jam on top of dough, covering generously. Using remainder of dough, crumble over top of jam. Bake for 25-20 minutes, until golden brown on top. Let cool, and then cut into squares.
