2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 T vanilla extract
2-3 very ripe bananas
Optional: chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Make a well (hole) in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla. Whisk together thoroughly, but do not over mix. Gently fold the mashed bananas into the batter with a spatula. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Ladle the pancake batter into pan. Flip continue to cook until golden brown on both sides. For an extra special treat, you could top these with peanut butter or even some chocolate chips!
